Online Banking Frequently Asked Questions

How can I access Online Banking services?

Online banking is available to anyone with any type of First Fed account. Login is at the top right corner of this website. Also, for ease of use, we have included access here.

Personal accounts can be accessed via Personal Online Banking (opens in a new tab).

Business accounts can be accessed via Business Online Banking (opens in a new tab).

Where can I find my account number in online banking?

To find your account number in online banking, go to your Account History page, then select the "Details" drop down under your account name. You can also find our ACH routing number here as well.

Why do you need to verify me when I send an email to askus@ourfirstfed.com?

askus@ourfirstfed.com is not a Secure Email, so please do not send account or card information to this email address. We also offer Secure Email through our online banking and a list of Secure Forms that allow you to update your address or tell us about foreign travel, among many other options.

What is Bill Pay?

Bill Pay can be used to pay bills securely to merchants and other institutions. If you need to complete a personal transfer or pay individuals via external transfer, please use the Person-to-Person payment or External Transfers functions to complete these transfers.

Why does it show that funds have come out of my account, but the Payee has not received it?

The Payee may not be contracted with our vendor to receive electronic funds so a check has been issued to them. If this check is not presented in 90 days the funds will be returned to the funding account.

Can I make a First Fed loan payment from a different bank or credit union via online banking?

Yes! First Fed online banking allows you to make loan payments from an external deposit account. After logging in, go to "Move Money" in the navigation. Under the Payments tab, select "Loan payments from another bank."
