USDA Guaranteed Loans include a one-time upfront guarantee fee of 1% of the loan amount, which can be financed into the loan or paid at closing. An annual fee of 0.35% of the remaining loan balance is also required and paid monthly as part of your mortgage payment. These fees help support the USDA loan program and are subject to change annually.

Rates listed are for primary residence in single family home with a 0% down payment and borrower credit score of 780. Annual Percentage Rate (APR) represents the true yearly cost of your loan, including any fees or costs in addition to the actual interest you pay to the lender. Example monthly payments are estimates based on final loan amount and include principal, interest, the USDA Annual Fee and financing of the upfront USDA Guarantee Fee. Actual payments may be higher if they include taxes and insurance. Rate, terms and fees are subject to change without notice and are subject to credit approval.
